What is U3A?
The University of the Third Age (U3A) is an international organisation started in France.The "Third Age" is the age of active retirement and U3A caters for those who have increased leisure and would like to learn new skills and meet with stimulating and interesting people.Members and their Classes vary immensely and new Classes and Tutors are always welcomed.U3A classes are to help "Seniors" to keep active both mentally and physically.

U3A Cranbourne Inc. was formed in July 2005 and is affiliated with the Victorian U3A Network, who provide assistance and advice when required. We are a non-profit incorporated community organisation entirely administered and run by its members in a volunteer capacity.Our Tutors (or Class leaders where tuition is not involved) are all members of U3A Cranbourne.Above all, U3A Cranbourne  provides a happy environment where people of like interests are able to learn new skills and forge new friendships.

U3A Network Victoria provides many Online Courses - website www.u3aonline.org.au You need to be a U3A Member to have access and there are small fees payable.
